How does the process work?

A specialized mobile machine is used for turning discs on a car. It is mounted directly on the hub via an adapter, which eliminates distortions and ensures absolute alignment.
Processing is carried out using a rigidly fixed cutting carriage, which accurately follows the shape of the disk surface during rotation.
The machine is powered from the mains and is controlled manually or by a programmable unit, depending on the model.
Grinding time is about 30–60 minutes per axle (2 disks), including equipment setup.
